The Grove Medical Centre aims to provide safe, high quality health services to our local community.
We aim to provide services in line with the needs of our patients, which we will do by listening and responding to their comments and feedback. We will also aim to work together with our Patient Participation Group to ensure our services continue to develop and reflect the needs of our patients.
We will also work closely with other local services to ensure that as far as possible, patients can receive a ‘joined up’ response to their identified health and social care needs.
As a practice, we strongly believe in the value of colleagues and agencies from local organisations working together to improve patient care.
We will monitor our daily service provision to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our patients as far as is possible, within the resources available to us.

We often have local services using our premises to run clinics and other services. If you are interested in hiring out one of our clinic rooms or have any other business enquiries, please call 01394 283197 and ask for one of our Head Receptionists.
