Non-urgent advice: Medication
Three working days’ notice is required for repeat prescriptions.
If your prescription needs to be authorised by the doctor this may take longer.
Please use this service to request your regular medication and any acute medication that you feel does not require a call from a Clinician. If you are feeling unwell, please complete an E-Consult or call reception and request a telephone call with a Clinician.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in person at the surgery, by post or on-line but NOT by telephone.
The prescription desk is open between the hours of 8am and 6.00pm.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please allow 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
Any problems, please telephone the surgery and press Option 2.
