Our most recent feedback from August 2025 in the Friends and Family test is as follows;
We had 89 responses, 87 of those marked as very good, 2 of them were good.
Some of the comments made were;
“very helpful. Squeezed me in last minute”
“all staff are helpful and friendly, always seen quickly”
“staff i have dealt with have been helpful, polite and professional”

Some of the feedback was;
“my goodness-everyone has been so helpful”
“fantastic manner and communication”

“in and out before my appointment time”
“very professional”
“made me feel totally comfortable”
“i had to chase the blood results myself”
“I’m over 60, it would be nice to have a once a year appointment so the Doctor could check my health condition”
