Reasonable Adjustments

If you have a disability or long-term condition, there may be adjustments that you could benefit from when accessing healthcare.
For example:
- information in a different format, such as Easy Read or larger font
- a quiet area to wait away from other people or noisy environments
- longer or shorter appointments
- wheelchair ramps or hoists
These are known as reasonable adjustments and can be added to your patient record.
