Physical accessibility

If you have any physical needs and are worried about visiting the surgery, don’t worry — we are set up to help.

• All our doorways are wide enough for electric (motorised) wheelchairs.
• We have wide staircases and 2 lifts.
• We can arrange for you to see a doctor or nurse in a ground-floor room.
• We have a hearing loop to help people who use hearing aids.
• We also have disabled toilets and our staff are happy to help you move around the building if you need support.
• There are wheelchairs available for you to use
• There are plenty of disabled parking spaces and allocated dropping off spaces
