As ear suction is now widely available and it is a safer procedure than ear irrigation, the practice have reviewed its policy on this.
Ear irrigation is not without danger, it is for this reason that any future ear irrigation requests will only be available for those who require audioloy referrals, or those who already have NHS hearing aids ( if private hearing aids- this can be done by their hearing aid provider).
Referrals can be done on the NHS or ear suction can be done privately by Hearing Solutions, Specsavers, or Mr Salam at Framfield House Woodbridge Many ThanksGrove Medical CentreNovember 2018

Fit For Travel
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to visit your local pharmacy or the travel clinic to be provided with these vaccinations. This should be done at least 6 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required. There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS. Please speak to your local pharmacy to arrange your vaccines.
Please call between 11am and 3.30pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
